What this site is and what it is not
seguroucrania.es is an online service for purchasing medical insurance policies for travellers entering Ukraine. The insurance contract is concluded with the insurer EUROINS Ukraine; the site owner acts as an authorised agent and handles the collection of data, the payment and the delivery of the policy.
The owner is not a Spanish insurer and is not registered as an insurance intermediary with the Spanish Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones). The product is a Ukrainian insurance policy, issued under the laws of Ukraine and valid in its territory.
Terms of use
- Access to the site is free of charge. The purchase of the policy is governed by the terms of purchase.
- The user undertakes to provide accurate information. A policy issued with details that do not match the passport may be rejected at the border, with no right to a refund.
- Use of the site for unlawful purposes, the introduction of malicious code and the bulk extraction of content are prohibited.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, code and guides on this site are the property of the owner or are used under licence. Quoting excerpts with a link to the source is permitted. Reproduction in full without written authorisation is not permitted.
